The whole job, one tool
Estimate. Quote. Buy. Track.
The loop a solo contractor runs on every job, minus the evening hours in a spreadsheet.
- 1
Estimate
Describe the job in a sentence or start from a Canadian template. Get a full bill of materials with realistic quantities in seconds.
- 2
Quote
Turn the estimate into a branded client quote. Add labour and markup, apply provincial tax, and send a link or PDF that wins the work.
- 3
Buy
Price every material across Home Depot, Canadian Tire, and Rona, so you buy the whole list for the least money.
- 4
Track
Snap receipts as you go. Stucly reconciles estimate against actual so you know, on every job, whether you made your margin.
Client quotes
A quote your client takes seriously.
Every estimate becomes a professional, branded document: your logo, your business details, materials and labour, provincial GST/PST/HST, a validity window, and terms. Send it as a link or a PDF and watch it move from sent to viewed to accepted.
- Your branding, not ours, on the page the client sees
- Shareable link plus a print-ready PDF
- Status tracking: sent, viewed, accepted

Margin, built in
Know what you charge and what you keep.
Add labour lines and a material markup, and Stucly shows cost, client price, and your profit on every quote. Price the whole job, not just the lumber, and stop leaving money on the table.
- Hourly or fixed labour lines
- Material markup folded into the client price
- Live profit read-out: dollars and percent
28% of the quote · 44% on cost
AI estimator and templates
A bill of materials from a single sentence.
Type “refinish a 200 sq ft cedar deck” and Stucly drafts the materials with quantities tuned to standard lumber dimensions. Or start from a curated template, enter your measurements, and get a deterministic cut list with no guesswork.
- Plain-language estimates, refined with follow-ups
- Curated Canadian assemblies: decks, walls, and more
- Save any project as your own reusable template

Cross-store pricing
Every retailer in one search.
Search a material once and see Home Depot, Canadian Tire, and Rona side by side, with in-stock signals and local branch pricing from your postal code. An AI pro tip flags when two products are not really like-for-like.
- Best price surfaced across every store you search
- Postal-code aware, in-stock signals
- AI pro tip on genuine like-for-like value

Receipts and reimbursement
Snap the receipt, hand over a clean sheet.
Upload a photo or PDF and Stucly reads the store, date, and line items. Tag what is billable to the client, and generate a branded reimbursement sheet, receipts attached, that a homeowner actually understands. Actuals roll straight into the project.
- OCR reads line items, totals, and tax
- Tag each line billable or overhead
- Print-ready reimbursement sheet with proof

Projects that remember
Estimate versus actual, job after job.
Every project keeps its materials, a running estimate-versus-actual with tax by province, a timeline of notes, and a close-out memo. Add materials by pasting a rough list and Stucly parses it into priced line items. The longer you use it, the smarter your next quote.
- Type-anything material add, parsed and priced
- Estimated versus actual, with variance
- A notes timeline and a lessons-learned memo

FAQ
Common questions.
How do the plans work?
Free and Pro have the same features: quotes, labour and margin, receipts, cross-store pricing, all of it. The difference is volume. Free covers 1 active project and 5 material searches a month; Pro makes projects and searches unlimited for $8 CAD a month. No credit card required for Free.
What can I send to a client?
A branded quote with your logo and business details, material and labour lines, provincial tax, a validity window, and your terms. It goes out as a shareable link and a print-ready PDF, and you can see when the client views and accepts it. Your cost and margin stay private; the client only sees the price.
Does it handle labour and my markup?
Yes. Add labour as hourly or fixed lines and set a material markup, and Stucly shows cost, client price, and your profit in dollars and percent on every quote. You price the whole job, not just the materials.
Are the prices live?
Yes. When you run a search, Stucly fetches current public listings from each supported retailer. Saved estimates remember the price at the moment you searched, and you can refresh any time to see what has changed.
How do receipts work?
Upload a photo or PDF and Stucly reads the store, date, totals, and line items. Tag each line as billable to the client or your own overhead, and generate a clean reimbursement sheet with the receipts attached. The actuals roll into the project so you can compare estimate against what you really spent.
Where do the prices come from?
The retailers’ own public product pages. Stucly does not resell anything, is not affiliated with the stores, and is not a marketplace. We surface and summarize what is already on the public web, and link out to buy.
Do I have to be in Canada?
No. Estimating, quotes, and receipts work wherever you are. Live cross-store price comparison currently covers Canadian retailers (Home Depot, Canadian Tire, and Rona) and the tax presets cover Canadian provinces, but you can set your own prices on any material.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, with no clawbacks and no per-search overage charges. If you are unhappy within 14 days of a charge, email us and we will refund it, no questions asked.
